Returns & Exchanges

**All Sales are Final**

 If we fail to meet your expectations upon arrival and you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Our contact information is below and it's also on your receipt.  

If there are any discrepancies with your order, we  require all merchandise purchased to be returned  to us. Please contact us for instructions. 

Unopened and Unused items 

If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange if one is granted. (this does not apply to orders processed by payment arrangements)

Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and a refund or exchange maybe granted at our company's discretion. It is our understanding that not every situation can be listed or mentioned in the paragraphs above and we would hate to do our customers a disservice this is why we handle everything on a case by case basis.
